What is the structure principle of the padlock security?

 

The secured padlock is the most popular lock in the whole world. The pin system secure padlock plays a leading role in the market.

 

I. Straight open pin system secure padlock

 

a. Padlock body: The padlock body is the main body of the secured padlock composing. Every other component is included incorporated in the padlock body and being closed.

 

There will be holes for brand, shackle, cylinder, weep, pins and so on. All these holes are for assembling with the corresponding components.

 

b. Shackle: Shackle is one of the main parts for closing the lock. It holds a certain static pressure. The long leg of the shackle can rotate by the control of the shackle pin. The groove-and-tongue is the key part of whether the padlock locking stable. It is with high precision.

 

 

c. Cylinder: The cylinder of a security lock has two claws, the claws move the tongue, in this way, and the turn cylinder will turn the tongue. In order to improve the anti-dialing effect of the padlock, the key slot of the lock core is processed into s-type or variant.

 

d. Tongue: The tongue is the original pad lock mechanism of the lock with the shackle; it should be flexible and hardened. The tongue of the lock and the shackle cut is combined. Under the pressure of the shackle, the inclined plane of the tongue is used to synthesize the pressure of the shackle, while the bottom plane of the tongue is used to prevent the upper jump movement of the shackle. The groove and core of the tongue are used to complete the opening of the lock, while the locking of the latch beam does not drive the lock core.

 

e. Anti-move cover seal: The anti-move cover seal mainly used to maintain the tongue of the padlock, it’s assembled at the top of the cylinder. It can close the key groove of the cylinder to stop anything move the tongue by the key groove, in order to prevent moving. When the pad need to open, put the code key from the key hole, the round bottom of the pin flat will alien with the cylinder circumferential edge, the flat pin bottom and round pin matches at the circumferential edge of the cylinder, which removed the obstructive action of the cylinder to the padlock, then turn the keys clockwise, the cylinder will turn together with the key (the turn angle controlled by the cylinder pin), the back pushing part of the cylinder moves the tongue, which pops out by the power of the tongue spring, and move the pushing part of the cylinder, to make the cylinder turn anticlockwise, when it turns to home position, it stopped by the cylinder of the padlock, the key can take out. At this time, the round pins all enter the center of the cylinder, and the flat pins enter cylinder partly and left in the padlock body partly, to lock the cylinder. When the safety padlock need close, put the shackle on the door staple, press the padlock bottom or use the hand to lock both up and down, push the cylinder to move forward to the padlock body. The shackle controls the spring to narrow inside, push the tongue to move inside the padlock body. When the shackle in the padlock body, the tongue pops out by the elastic force, to lock the shackle, and reach the purpose to lock.
